Strengthen Site Security

Strengthen security and Add Captcha to site

Hello this request is to have a Captcha integrated into my website on all user login and admin login pages and on the registration page as well as on the questions and answer page.

Also, since my site has already been hacked, I’ll need you to strengthen the site against other forms of intrusion using any other security techniques.

Please explain what other security measures you could implement in addition to Captcha
