Easy Online Store Graphics

Our firm is in the process of building an e-commerce site and needs a set of graphics for the site. (See attached png for details). We are looking for a festive look with a birthday hat as a logo. We only needs to have those graphics redone with a proper look & feel for the site, a favicon to go along with that and a set of color for links, text, etc. The background color of the site will be white.

Our budget is around 80$.

Additional Info:
1. Good quality (ideally all vector) so psd/ai and gif and Jpeg for each one
2. Copyright is assigned to us
3. NO ripping off others work.
4. must look good.
