Dynamic Store Finder Script

We need a script that we can integrate with oscommerce backend and front end to allow a customer to search and display a list of retail store locations by zipcode using google maps or Bing maps. We need a backend admin where stores address and information can be input and uploaded to a DB to add, delete or modify. All this needs to be seamlessly integrated with Oscomerce admin so that it will be displayed under its own heading.
