I need a change to the way Virtuemart handles product stock. Currently, as you know, Virtuemart has a global stock value for the products, we however, need the stock to be tied to the Attributes. For example, Product X has 3 attributes: Small, Medium and Large, we need Small to have X stock, Medium to have Y stock and Large to have Z stock. Ideally, the stock entry would be like in the attached image.

My Client is looking for a stock control solution.

They sell on Ebay (UK), Amazon (UK) and through their own website built using Actinic.

When a item sells on one of these channels, they want a master stock control database that updates, and for all channels to reflect current stock levels.

ie – if they have a product with a stock level of 10, 5 on ebay, 3 on amazon, 2 on their website, and sell one one ebay, the stock on all 3 channels needs to reflect this – obviously stock can be controlled individually within any of these channels, but they want a more central solution so they do not need to manually adjust stock themselves on the other channels that the item was not sold on.

If you can provide a solution, and have experience in at least the Ebay and Amazon channels and managing stock between them then this project could be for you.

We know of other options, but I wanted to see if anyone could offer the perfect solution for us.

Please demonstrate to me that you fully understand the problem, and what your ideas are to fix this issue. If you have no experience in Actinic dont worry, between us we could probably work something out.

I am looking for a programmer to design an advanced stock control system that can integrate with my oscommerce site. I sell around 300 products and need to be able to easily keep track of stocks, add incoming orders and deduct non website orders easily and quickly. Aswell as the list of all products I need filters to display only the different categories or manufacturers.

I also want to keep records of what sold when and some reporting on top selling products and how many times they sell per week/month/year.

I have a heavily modified oscommerce site and it is live so I would like someone very experienced in oscommerce to do this project.

I’m not sure how much of magento or http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/1155/purchase-stock-logistic-management-module by default will support this requirement. When the order is placed we need to be able to print off an order sheet which is a copy of the order and the serial number must be displayed as barcode. Only Admin needs to print this out which will be used for picking.

I also require a clonded version of http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/1155/purchase-stock-logistic-management-module

I do not require the mass shipping features of this script. Only the stock control.

I need this module made on your own version of magento. Once tested and working ok it will then be put on my install of magento and made final.

Please make sure the lead time stated is the exact time. I cannot afford to over run.
This module must not be sold after and I am available at all times to help with the project for answering questions and testing.
