Need someone that can put together a live feed video with chat for part of a video dating site.

Something similar to http://www.modenacam.com/ We can use this script but we need something that we can modify.

Code must be tight. I know there are a ton of scripts that we can get for little or nothing, be we need an integrated payment system as well and we need to be able to customize the code.

Must know adobe flash media servers and or red9. More ongoing work available too.

Also, we need an API to link all the options from the script to an external interface.
