Hi, I need a web redesign on www.mypropertyforall.com and I am open to ideas. The following is what I need

– A more simple homepage with a white background and new logo. The project needs to blend in with the background rather than be boxed. The pictures on the homepage can go.

– The new website will be town specific so the search boxes need altering.

– Register buttons needs to go.

SITE PLANNING

In the registration page I want a section for the user to type in their address also for shipping purposes. In the control panel their should be specific information for the auctions that have ended. these are the following. ( the name of the item, picture, cost of item for the user to pay, item code number, time and date ended, users email address, and the users first and last name. ) When the bidster is used in a fixed price auction I want the users to still be able to have set their bidster to bid to a max amount , because the price will still go up, but all they will have to pay is the fixed price. In the control panel their should be a spot for me to add text in any auction to add specials on certain items. In the fixed price auctions the users checkout price should always be what the fixed price is set to; no matter what the actual bidding price went up to. I want to set up a reminder page for the users that have not yet paid for their items. With the name of the item, the balance due, a picture of the item, and the item code number ; even if they log out and log back in. But they should still be able to bid on other items. All of this should be displayed after the animated lady congratulates the user. I want to be able to type in a date and time of when each auction will end from the control panel and to be shown live in each auction. This way an auction will not linger for long periods of time. In the control panel their should be an option to set an auction for a fixed price or the price that is shown when an auction ends. I want to incorporate a feature called a bidster{reference swoopo.com} their feature is called a bid butler. I want mine to be called bidster. The bidster will bid on the behalf of people that wants the bidster to bid for them when someone out bids them. To activate the bidster people will have to put at least $40 into their bidster account. Bonus bids will only be accessed through their bidster account. You can qualify for bonus bids in several ways. Here are the ways to qualify for bonus bids. 1. If you invite a friend to annieup; when that friend actually purchase bids with us the invitee will qualify for 20 bids in their bidster account. 2. If a user wins an item; I want a computerized lady to appear on their screen only to congratulate them. (sound effects and animation to the fullest extent). I want to incorporate all of the features that swoopo.com has when someone clicks on their items (bid history, register now, enlarged picture of the item, what the item recently sold for, savings, a place for people to place their ads at the bottom of page for that particular item, a detailed description of that item, and a place for different pictures of an item to be enlarged. The rewards page consists of the different ways that users can earn extra bids. I have listed several different ways that users can earn extra bids the numbered list will be on the rewards page. I want the bid to light up or highlight every time someone bids on an item(reference swoopo.com) when users register I want to reward them with 20 extra bids when they buy $50 or more worth of bids on their first purchase. I require a developer/designer to work with me on my first project. I have listed my requirements from you, as the developer and given you enough to quote the job accurately, from the text provided. I have a data flow diagram and a site mock-up (in excel) to give you a better idea of the main function of the site/project. This will be provided to the developer I choose.

If you do a good job I will come back to you for enhancements to this site as it hopefully grows and develops itself. I’m not a business and am funding this as a personal experiment, so please remember that when bidding and bid fairly. Whilst I’ve been thorough with my specification the site isn’t all that complicated.

This is a site where users looking for a particular skill/talent can communicate and discuss any potential request for work or task that they want completed with somebody that has that talent.

For example, I would like some electrical work done in my house. I could use Internet ads, News paper adds, golden-pages, or some other means to find an electrician or electrical company. But, how would I know they are reputable and will do it for me at a good price?

My site will allow the ‘electrician’ (or company) to put up a small profile with keywords and a description about himself. The electrician is then rated by people who have used him on the site. The electrician then builds up a reputable profile based on a rating system with comments. It will then be clear to future users of the site that this is indeed a good person to use, or not!
