Free Sports Betting Website

I am looking to create a website similar to www.centsports.com…essentially it will be a free sports betting website in which users will be given money to start off with and they can bet on sports..the website will really on advertisements to make money..here are some of the features the website will need:

1. definitely a section for games where users can play games when they are bored
2. definitely a section for sports trivia…
3. need like a widget or something that list current scores/
4. widget or something that shows current sports news
5. need live odds of almost all sports/also a what if (like you put in a amount for a certain bet and it will tell you what you can win)
6.leaderboards for multple things (most bets right in a week, month, most trivia right in a week/month)
9. user name/log in system..user can post a photo of themselves if they want
10. a friend list/ add friends
11. a referall system…we give each individual a unique code of digits and they get their friends to type this code in or something so their friend can get referral bonuses
12. a forum (like the cent sports forum)
