Looking to possibly replace the native search provided by the forum scripts in use on a website with Sphinx search.

Requirements:

- Sphinx Search 2.0.1-beta
Create sphinx.conf configuration file, API, MySQL data source driver, alteration of existing search script and template files, anything else, documentation to allow me to install it successfully (as you will not have access to server).

- Search form option for
Post body and subject
OR
Subject only
(as per http://forums.xmbforum.com/search.php)

- Search form option “mode” of
Match any word
OR
Match all words
OR
Match exactly

- Search results

Delta index updates or what do YOU recommended for indexing (remember this is an active forum with 600 000 + posts)???

Should be simple enough for someone with Sphinx experience.

Need someone who is proficient in Sphinx Search Engine (http://sphinxsearch.com/) to consult and possibly integrate this into an existing website.

I have a search engine which uses mysql. i want to speed up the search results as much as possible and i am looking for someone to setup sphinx for me. I already have sphinx installed and tested. It seems to work good i just need someone to get my search results to pull data from sphinx instead of mysql. The person who gets this job must be familiar with sphinx.

Need some to install sphinx and get a basic php search page to query the mysql db / filesystem which Sphinx uses to store info.
