We are looking for someone that can produce an attractive bilingual (Arabic/English) job site that will be known by professionals worldwide as well as a site for professional development and training. The job site should be mobile compatible and should be a clone of bayt.com while the professional development site should be a clone of http://prodev.diplomacy.edu/.
