I have a site, i am looking for an envornment similar to worlds, or outerworlds, it needs to be php, and also come with installation in price, member should be able to login change avatar clothing, skin, face body shape. then be able to explore a world, eg) different rooms, bar, lounge, park, (its a space themed site so something outerspace would be good as well. needs to be life like avatars and environment
and a good sized area to explore, it has to be fresh modern, and also intergrated needs to be a music player into each or at least one room, i am looking for something similar to 3dcity.net but maybe a bit better, easy to move avatar must be easy for avatar to walk around… i dont care even if avatar is a bubble with members picture in it… ideally the cheapest the better, also instant msging should be included… please let me know if u can do this project

WEB 2.0 – MEDICAL RECORDS & PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We are looking for 2-3 highly skilled PHP/MySQL developer with specific expertise in using AJAX to develop slick, fast Web 2.0 applications.

Experience with the JQuery framework would be highly regarded, however experience with similar ie. Ext-JS, MooTools will also be Ok if you can learn fast.

Experience with the Code Ignitor, PHP Framework would also be well regarded, but gain experieence with others such as CakePHP or ZEND will also be helpful.

The Application is a Medical Patient Records & Practice Management system and comprises the following (main) modules (each module must be quoted on separately when we talk again).;

- Calender/Appointment Book & Waiting Room
- Consultations/Visits/Patient Notes
- Patient/Case Management
- Billing/Accounting
- Document Scanning, OCR & Text Retrieval
- Integration with Accouting Software ie. Quickbooks, MYOB etc
- Integration with Medicare Online Claims
- Integration with multiple Drug Databases ie. MIMS
- Integration with messaging carriers ie. eHippo, Medical-Object
- Speciality modules ie. Pediatrician etc

This is a long term project to be built in phased mocules with clear and definite milestones, on schedule and to budget.

We are therefore only looking for a company with a team of skilled and dedicated developer who can work with us from start to finish.

Notes to Applicants

(1) You must do an online technical interview in Skype (PHP, MySQl, JS and AJAX)
(2) You must complete a simple test project (2-4 hrs)
(3) you must be able to demonstrate previous work/projects ie. live links to other AJAX applications (we do not want to be your first)
(3) You must have good English, good communication (net/phone), and be VERY reliable

This is not a small or simple project, so we are looking ONLY for very experienced and capable companies with more than 6 resources (as a risk management strategy for us)
