So the functions of the site should be as follows
- People can create an account upload 1 picture and create or join groups
- Groups should be somewhat similar to facebook. I.E discussions, images, videos etc

I have a phpfox.com template social site. I want to redo the look and feel. Colors, layout add background. Change the way events, groups, and other tabs display the information. For example; I want events to be listed by city, state, country so they can be searched that way. Same for 4 other tabs.
Also add (2) pay sign up types.
Also, maybe add a “take a tour”, several pop up windows in succesion briefly explaing (in writing) several areas of the site. Example: Here in the events area, you can add your event “Tennis match, Group get together, Special sale etc.” when other members search your area, your event will be displayed.
