I am using SE 4 Payment module. When a add a new plan other than FREE (Default) after new signup it gets stuck at /confirm (after invite step)

My Social Engine Site is Down. What I did is:

1. Install a plugin (M2B-AdvancedMp3Music-4.03)( but plugin did not work, so I deleted the plugin from FTP server. Then I removed the tables in PHPmyadmin for that specific plugin only.
