Smf Chat Module

I need to integrate this chat module with my SMF Forum.
I already installed the chat module and it’s working but I need to have it integrated with my forum.

That is the instructions but for some reason I can’t find the “shoutbox” directory that it is referring to.
You’ll need to edit files in my forum to get the chat button to appear in my theme. If you’re familiar with SMF this should be easy.
