I thought that is done in php, but if you see them with another language easier no problem.

- Grab an excel file (I will make the script to download the excel file)
- Analyze the excel file (read the total number of lines, read specific “targets” on each line, etc)
- Compare with previous excel file and/or table (note down the changes and email differences)
- Update the MySQL database / insert into table

I need a small script so i can use Aspell online http://aspell.net/

I have the english dictionary here ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/en/aspell6-en-6.0-0.tar.bz2 which ill store in a database.

This will be used for web searching suggestions

Summary:

I have two separate small script problems that I need sorting as soon as possible, preferably within a day or so. They should only take someone a few minutes so please no bids over budget amount.

1) I had a script built for a permanent property exchange site, which you can see at http://www.thetravelbug.org and http://www.permanentpropertyexchange.com. A couple of weeks ago my host suspended my site and then re-activated it again. This seems to have caused one or two problems with the script. The main issue is that now registration works fine but when you click on paypal button to pay goes straight to page saying thanks for payment i.e seems to bypass actual payment part.

2) I have dada-mail installed as mailing client for two websites. On one, http://www.therentalbug.com when you click on archives link on left hand menu, the window that opens up in main frame duplicates menu bar and header, need it changing so only shows actual archives in main frame AND explaining to me where I change this for future reference.

There is likely ongoing work of this kind (small fixes) for right programmer who can do good, quick work at good prices.
