I am redesigning the look of my website, I already have the new designs in PSD, and I need to convert the PSD designs into HTML and PHP files. I will be doing about 12 pages, All pages use the same header and footer, and some pages will reuse the templates of other pages.

The css files are a modification of the 960 grid system. I have a jpeg that needs slicing up. It is very simple. The elements are coloured either in shades of red or shades of blue.
Those that are in red will be fixed in size, those that are blue will be flexible in size depending on the content.
The reason why there are no graphics is because the content will all be dynamic. The file is payment portal elemnents.
There are some supporting jpegs – which indicates what the various elements either are, or will be used as.

This is an urgent project – and needs to be done today!

I have a PSD for every page, but you only need to slice the homepage and one content page. But I expect the get the html of the content areas form the sub pages too. Including the jquery to open the overlay popup as shown on the psd. For the video stuff just use a dummy. I also expect the hover states from within the navigation bar.

Please have in mind that this website will be used with a template engine, so please use meaningful div and css names.
