What I need you to create is a PHP class named ‘PhoneVerification’.
I want to call a function named ‘verify’ that takes two parameters:
a. the phone number to call
b. the 4 digit verification code to play

The value returned from the function should be the result/status of making the call (eg: success, bad number, failure or whatever Skype returns)

I will create a recording for each digit from 0 to 9 for you to use/play
as well as a brief introduction message to play.

An online service that does this is TeleSign.com but they are too expensive.
MaxMind.com also provide this service but they use TeleSign.

It should be possible to perform many verifications at the same time
because I have many people signing up on my website at the same time.

No database (mysql), css or graphics needed for this project.
I can’t give you access to my server so you will need to do the coding on your own machine first.
