I have 2 scripts on my site that are not working correctly. This is a very simple project for someone with good PHP skills

1 The first allows me to type keywords into our admin section and a url the the script will automatically find every instance of this /these keywords on out site and link them to the in-putted URL whether it is an internal URL or external URL. At present this is only linking certain keywords, it will not link to all the keywords in-putted and we do not know why.

We also want to add another feature to this, where we can enter the maximum amount of links to each keyword from any page, eg the keyword may appear 20 times but we want the ability to say link to only 8 of those keywords.

2 We have an auto updating site map script on our site for google web masters, that updates our sitemap when a page is edited or created, and when the sitemap hits 15000 URLs it automatically creates a new site map. For some reason this has stopped updating properly and needs to be fixed

The application is closed source and uses smarty to output contents, the current default template needs to be replaced with our new template.

I would that the script takes the content of all posts of a site, translates three times the content and publish it in a wordpress cms.
The script must take only the text and links and also a picture of the post without advertising.

All sites are in html. All sites have a sitemap.
This script must be run every day and not have to publish the same post, so all the posts that have the same name will be discarded, all the posts that have a name that contains similar words will be put in a state of approval.

The grab will be done following the sitemap and not rss.

All you need to do is give me a sitemap.xml using the default sitemap format with all the 14.1 million permalinks in it.

I only need the following details: loc, lastmod, changefreq, and priority.

Last mod format should be like this: 2011-08-19T17:18:13+00:00 (just use the latest date you generated the sitemap.) All 14 million urls have the same time.

And oh, you can actually use the tool at xml-sitemaps.com. But it’s buggy because it includes all the pages of sulit.com.ph, even if I specified the pages on “www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/classifieds+directory/q/” only. And it’s limited to 500 pages only. The unlimited version needs to be uploaded in the server of sulit.com.ph so that it can generate a sitemap (And i don’t own sulit.com.ph).
