Joomla Site Upgrade

The project involves upgrading the current site from Joomla! 1x to Joomla! 1.5x.
The site must carry all the same functionality across:
photogallery
vitumart cart
The content of the site must also be transferred across to the new site.
The new site will live on a different server. Both sets of credentials will be provided.
This project is urgent and there is only one day allocated for the above to happen. Please only apply if you are able to this in one day. There is a 10% bonus that will be awarded only if this happens in one day.
