I need to make some updates to my site that was built on the Open Realty CMS.

I need the following updates:
- Add a drop down to the “Sales” tab in the main navigation. It will have the following submenu items: New Development, Resales, Foreclosure Properties, HUD Homes

- So that the listings go to the right page, I will need a new field in the back-end when adding a new sales listing to designate what type.

Here are the things that I need help getting fixed with…
1) Install a JPEG Header onto my greatestlife.com wordpress theme blog website also want to make a few organizational tweaks and add a few extra jpeg pics on the side bars…very minimal. Also want to have a submission form installed onto the blog to start building my list.
2) Fix the submission form on on one of my new splash pages. Everything is setup good here just need to make sure it is submitting correctly
3) Add Social Networking, “Add Us on Twitter, Add use on Facebook, etc…” Icons on 2 WordPress Blog webpages (I want to have the clickable icons to light up when the mouse gets dragged over it
4) Add a scrolling “ticker tape” like found here www.umoo.com in place of this ticker tape on my blog TradingKings.com…I will let the winner know what needs to be put in the tape
5) Also want to copy over the “S&P 500 Today” application/chart onto my TradingKings.com blog can be seen here (umoo.com) —> home page, also want to add the “U.S. Markets Closed” feature onto my blog as well to be in green when markets are open and red when closed
6) Make minor changes to a flash header banner template (change text and add a few pictures)
7) Want to add a custom scrolling ticker tape on the GreatestLife.com blog under the header with a catchy phrase..Also want to see if I would be able to change this wording later on if needed.

- Create the following sublinks under the ‘Rentals’ menu link: ‘Fee Rentals’ and ‘No-Fee Rentals’.

- Add a category in the listing template manager for ‘Rental Type’. The available values for this category will be ‘Fee Rental’ and ‘No-Fee Rental’.

- ‘Rental’ listings on the Search results pages should have the ‘Rental Type’ category included in the listing result as well as the individual property page. On the search results page, it will appear underneath the ‘Property Type’ category. On the individual listing page, it should appear at the top.

I need someone to teach/show me how to add new products to my ecommerce web site as well as how to remove outdated or discontinued products and information.

The images and links for the shopping cart are all hosted with Dealerease.Net. The dynamic pages are automatically updated by Dealerease, but the htm pages need to be done by hand. The htm pages are basically those featured on my home page.

We run a printing industry web site based on Joomla version 1.5.7

We require the following things done:

* Bring Joomla up to date
* Bring all modules, plugins and extensions up to date.
* Modify bottom of template so that it loads properly (js_jamba).
* Modify AdsManager to display 12 latests ads. 4 rows of 3 columns.
* Fix administration area of SOBI2, which is currently broken.

We have a small core modification which needs to be preserved and the site is replicated over several domains. So the core mod needs to be preserved in upgrades on each site. Once the master site is upgraded then replicating to other sites is trivial and easy.

For someone with good Joomla experience this is not a difficult job. As this is a production web site we will not accept bids from anyone with less than 5 feedback. If you bid without feedback you will be banned from bidding on any further job we offer. Payment is only made upon satisfactory completion of all work. We require communication using Skype or MSN during all work.
