Hi I need a mini site template and eCover template.
The mini site is to have 3 pages consisting of a squeeze page, a sales page and a thank you page. I need complete templates including headers, footers, customised opt-in box, call to action boxes, and bonus boxes customised, bullets, 2 banners.
The eCover templates need to include a complete set of templates for an eBook, DVD, and a physical workbook cover.
I have (attached) a logo that I really like to set the theme.
