I want to create a site that has the following features:

Cover page:
Professional looking,
Friendly, easy to use layout & font
Links to other pages within site, links & banners to affiliate sites
Subject specific images (public domain) – cards, roulette etc
On each associated page:
Guidance – how to (e.g. play roulette), tips for better results etc
Links – banners to affiliate sites

I will arrange the domain names.
I don’t mind how the content is hosted, but would welcome recommendations on how best to do this, particularly with regard to SEO. Something like wordpress is ok, but I don’t want something that is an obvious wordpress template – it needs to look unique & professional.

I will initially require 3 separate versions, identical, but the content will vary from site to site. I will need to be able to edit these. I will need to be able to load text & ads, so will require a written guide.

I have a site written in .asp and I need to have some ads/ad zones added to the template.

Hello, I just purchased a full flash website from Template Monster and would like someone to customize it and convert it to a working website. I will need to change the title, menu, images and all the content (entire site, about 8-10 pages). It will have basic information such as company info and a contact page. Please tell me if the text on the flash page can be made search engine readable.

In addition, I would like to include 3 video infomercials on the site as well. The videos are anywhere between 10-20 minutes long but I need them to load very fast without sacrificing quality. They should have different viewing options such as quicktime, windows media, small, med, large, etc)

I am also considering a basic CMS so that I can change the text/images on each page myself.

Please tell me what the cost is with and without the CMS.
