Halo Clan Site/social Network

Hey im looking for a Halo Clan/Social Network site. I would like a site where people can make profiles and put up their screen-shots and such. I would also like it so i can put up polls where users can vote. It would also be nice to have a forum. I would also want an area where I can pick clan member of the month and week such. I would also want a friend finder or something where you can search for other gamertags.
I have no idea how this programming options and stuff works, but i would prefer the website is through a simple hosting site where i can make some changes like adding gamer of the month and stuff like that.

Dating Site Social Networking

I am looking for proposals on how to promote my Dating Site.

The site has all the functions of the major sites with a cool youth design look to the design, targeting the 18-35 age bracket
It is a site for:

man seeking woman
woman seeking man
woman seeking woman
man seeking man

This site is a professional dating site and does not accept any nude images or profane language.

I am looking for ideas to promote my site to the age bracket 18-35 and I am interested in proposals as to how you can promote the site through social networks.

This can be either short term or long term
