What I need is a redesign + coding for a product selling site. I have all the material in a zip file + screenshots of the old site. The site should have a similar look and feel like www.hotel-oxford.ro but with the colors given. What is really important that the site is nice designed because the site is about a product that needs to be sold.

Requirements:
- site should have a nice, eye-catching design (very important)
- site should be done in valid, commented xhtml/css
- should work correctly in Firefox, Opera, IE6 and above and Safari
- should have javascript sliding effects on subpages like www.hotel-oxford.ro
- all the content (text/images) is provided and should be entered
- should be done within a week because we have to integrate it into our custom cms afterwards
- inside the attachment is a pdf file with instructions
