I am attempting to build a question and answer site similar to just answer dot com if you would like to get an idea of the type of site with some of the same features, but different format. You go to the site and ask a question in a category (electronics, computers, etc) for a price. The expert gets involved and and can then lock the question or give it up. When the question gets answered, the customer then accepts the answer and pays the person answering the question. The site gets a percentage of pay as does the expert answering the question.

Although these two sites do more than just tshirts, I’m only concentrating on the tshirt functionality. I want to have a site very similar for selling custom t shirts designed by us and by our community like it is here: http://www.cafepress.com/ and http://www.zazzle.com/custom/tshirts for instance.

But it should be able to be easily expanded to caps, bags, cups, etc…anything that can be printed on.

So Essentially there should be the following

1. The website design (I will supply the design for you with PSD files)

2. the shop where users can sell their goods

3. drag and drop design tools for creating their designs for their goods. It would also be great if you could find some open source software to help with real-world modeling…where you can zoom in close to view how the design overlays onto the fabric, materials, etc

Build a simple website to showcase rental houses that I have available. 10-20 photos for each house, narrative, link to a map, and email link.
