Want real, valid, quality, double-opt-in subscribers and need you to create a site where developers can register for the contest, access materials (ebooks, mini-courses, etc), obtain optin form codes, etc., that will allow them to generate traffic and capture new subscribers.

Critically important is tracking from where the subscribers come so the developer is properly credited.

Also important is making sure the contest can’t be cheated by fake subscribers or subscribers who are not actually interested in my products.

Eight cash prizes to be awarded at the end of the contest to the top eight performers.

I am not looking for you to build a list. I just need you to develop the site that will feature the list-building contest.

I am looking for a program site that automatically follows people on twitter. I am currently using a sevice that I like, but would like to develop similar script and site that I can use, that will be my own. The main focus of the site and script that I am looking to have created, is that it must be able to
1.accept multiple twitter accounts and to grow followers on each account, either non targeted or targeted based on keywords.
2.it must be able to automatically follow users, this must be done as aggresively as possible but within safe limits to not be banned by twitter.
3. It must be able to automatically unfollow users that do not follow back after 2 or 3 days.
4. The system must be able to send out tweets to all of the twitter accounts that are in the system from the panel while logged in.
5. The system must have an option to geo target followers on twitter if this option is desired for a particular account. The site must be able to target followers by country, state zip code, or via keywords.
I have used several services that provide what I’m looking for and have one site and script in particular that i really like, and would like to have this site cloned in functionality. I would like the one we create here, to be as simple and as user friendly as the example site I will show to the programmer. Basically I would like to be able to turn the system on and possibly plug in a few keyword to geo-target and that’s it. I don’t want to have to manually adjust follower settings,following settings, or unfolow settings, but I do want the system to be as aggressive and quick as possible while still maintaining safe limits against twitter banning of accounts. I would like to show the system I like to the programmer so you can see exactly what I’m looking to clone or re-create. This project will require us to get whitelisted. You must have experience with whitelisting and have a very comprehensive understanding of Twitter API in order to be considered for this project. Ideally I would like to show the programmer the site/script I’d like reproduced to see who is most qualified and interested in this project.

I am looking to thoroughly ramp up production on my loan modification business. I want to have a website created that will be able to provide me with my own loan modification leads. I am looking to generate anywhere from 20-50 QUALITY leads per day for starters.

I am looking for someone who has successful experience promoting and driving a decent amount of traffic to a website that is something similiar in nature to what I have described above. I am looking for some who is easy to work with, who I can bounce ideas off of, and someone who will do the same back to me to make this as smooth as possible. I know this is only a one time thing, but why not make it as fun and productive as possible so that we can both get what we want with no hiccups? I am not a stuck up jackass who people would dread working with, and I should hope to find someone with similiar traits throughout the design process.

I am not by any means tech savvy, nor do I have any idea of what exactly this all will entail. I am prepared to pay the set up fees for the website, and also for the marketing that will take place to generate the necessary traffic to the website (I am aware this will be a recurring charge for as long as I choose to promote).

As a side note, I would also be interested in working with an individual who has a vast knowledge of the affiliate marketing arena (Something like a mentor, more or less). I have recently seen the power of successful affiliate marketing and I want to dip my hand in the cookie jar. I would be willing to partner up, joint venture or whatever, to have a helping in hand in getting some hands on knowledge in affiliate marketing, in tandem with my Loan Mod lead generating website.
