I would like to start up a new site that is dynamic and interactive.
First of all, users would be able to upload photos and videos to the site and other users can comment.
All uploads/comment will be shown on the same (index) page by thumbnail.
All entries will be arranged accordingly to categories.
And the index page will have to refresh itself so to update new uploads/comments.
Best if it can be developed using Joomla as back bone.
