Wp Site Huge Load

I have a wordpress site and a dedicated server with 8 cpus 2GHZ and 4 GB RAM . In the WHM I am noticing these on the CPU/MEM/MYSQL Usage :
315.89 24.80 17.5
And checking the MYsql processes I saw peocesses that are sleep …
I think the server must be able to handle the site so there might be some kind of error, maybe coding error or some sort of plugin is not working good. Maybe also db connections are not closing correctly and so on ………
I need someone professional who can check this for me and fix it as fast as possible…
Please don`t bid if you don`t have experience with wordpress and server issues… ( server is on LINUX) and I have a WHM access….
