I have a site wireframed out, and am looking to have it designed and developed in WordPress. I am looking for a few developers who I can speak with and then send you my wireframe to get a quoite. I need a professional PHP coded website, the design will be provided so I just need the programming done. The site should contain the following:

- User Registration/login/databases.

- Profile Image upload, user details and additional notes added by users. Additional photos upload.

- Search engine to search for listings within the site.

- Subscription based membership so this means there would need to be an integration with PayPal as fees will be applied for being a member.

- About 15-10 different forms that can be downloaded or filled out right on the site. To access forms there would have to be some payment involved by the user so PayPal needs to be integrated for downloading these forms as well.

I need a web site built. It needs to be built from scratch; no templates. It needs attractive graphical elements and will be tailored to the younger set, k-8. It will incorporate heavy database work, and also needs to support various people creating their own blogs from text, images, and video. It should be as easy as Flickr or YouTube. On the blog page, the blogger needs to be able to go to an empty screen, type text, load and move around videos and pictures until they are satisfied with the layout. The text will automatically move and surround the videos and pictures as they are positioned. Then clicking on a submit button will post the blog and then email people who have signed up for that particular blog, announcing that it is now ready for us. There needs to be statistics tracking, including money raised per blog, the number of people viewing the blogs. There needs to be registration and log in screens for the blog writers as well as the blog viewers. I would like 4 mockups of the home page that I can choose from in terms of look and feel and graphical elements. On the home page will be a mission statement. This web site will have a lot of moving parts.
