I am looking for a team of professionals to build an Online Site Builder.

The work involve cloning and re-designing some scripts.

Due to a first experience with a company that make me waste my time and money, please dont bother about bidding, if you are not an expert and have no experience.

Due to that bad experience, I will not release one cent before I see a demo of the work. I know this condition will discourage some of you but I will not negociate on that.
Once is enough. I do not want to pay for nothing as I already done.

Here are some details about this project.

I would like a simple site with

1 – a home page as simple as this one : http://www.webs.com/ displaying a complete Online Video presentation about the site builder service.
2 – a membership page,
3 – an affiliate page,
4 – a forum
5 – a contact us page
6 – the site builder

The site must be simple, really search engine friendly so avoid flash.

The site builder must give them the choice between :

PERSONAL SITE (free)
People can choose a template and customize it to their own.
But the site they build must include automatically my own adsense and affiliate programs

PROFESSIONAL SITE (paying)
Here, they can choose what kind of site they want to build :
- social site, auction, dating, multimedia, etc…
I have some scripts for these sites.
This is a site builder within the site builder.

BUSINESS SITE (paying)
Here, they must be able to build a complete e-commerce site with choping cart

And then categorizing the features according to the package which they want to purchase
I have several scripts for that (guestbook, mutimedia pages to add sound and videos, form builder, testimonials, poll generator, survey generator, recommend site, articles, feed back, message board, press release, mailing lists and newsletter manager, coupons,etc…), according the type of site – personal, professional or business]

How they build their site ?

1 – Choose the type of site (personnal, professional, business)
2 – Choose a template by category
3 – Edit the pages
4 – Save the site
5 – Upload to the server (I have a host where I would like them to upload their sites)

I hope this is clear enough, but I am here for further details.

I want to start this project rapidly.

I have a project which completed the phase 1.As part of phase 1 following feature are added
1.A framework is provided by using which service provider can render their site.They need to define category/subcategory/items etc and site will be rendered accordingly.
2.There is an admin console which verify the content after which content are added to the site and searchable.
2.Search user can search anything and result will point to one of the service provider site.
4.After getting into the site user can buy /transact the item with shopping cart facility.Currently this part is not implemented correctly and require modification

Here the idea is to provide a CL type of feature with the execption that here service provider will get a full fledged working site instead of posting their work in a text box.
In phase 2 i want to add more feature

1. Website rendering part is done but I want to provide more feature similar to what is provided in yokaboo.com
2.Shopping cart integration is not done correctly
3.Want to integrate a calendar feature basically if service provider
can post their availabiltty calendar and search user can see that.
4. More messaging feature like sending emails/click2 call etc to a service provider.
5. Fixes some bugs and redo some part of phase 1.

Please note that my site is already hosted and functional with test data.But more feature needed to be added for beta.I have the source code already developed by my first developer.Please contact me with confidence.

I have an online site builder script installed on my server. I have people sign up for accounts so they can use it to create their websites.

I signed up for a domain and hosting reseller account.

I would like to include hosting with my site builder account.

Right after signup, members are taken to a control panel. I’d like a link that says “set up hosting account” or something. When they click on it, they will be asked to type in their desired domain name.

A real time check will be made (using my domain reseller account) to see if the domain is available. If yes, then proceed to register it and create a new hosting account (using the existing package) in my reseller WHM.

When this account has been created, the hosting account details will be copied to the sitebuilder database, so that the member can use the site builder with his hosting account.
