Auction Site Additions.

I have a fully functional auction site software. I would like to add the following functions to the existing software. The auction site is www.auctionjock.com. The site is written in php with a SQL database. Simple php work.
(auction Close button)
Would like admin to be able to enter a new close time or a push button that instantly closes the auction and completes.
(Final % calculation to seller)
From the admin panel would like a box where admin inputs a % and admin inputs a search date beginning and search ending. A search button is pressed it searches all the completed auctions between desired dates and charges the seller the % listed of the final value.
Example – admin inputs .05 (5%) in a box and inputs the first of the month and last of the month. Hits go, and searches all completed auctions and charges seller 5% of the final value
