The mockup is just for one page. I prefer something with about five big, square tabs that have rounded corners. The main content will appear below the tabs, of course. The content will have at least two columns. No “flex” themes. It has to be a static width. Be creative-I really don’t know what I want. It just has to look nice. It doesn’t have to look outstanding, but it has to be decent enough for me to accept your mockup.

I’ll be choosing within one hour. You don’t have to code the layout. The mockup will be enough, so please bid accordingly. No links to your portfolio. Need 1 Home page web Layout in HTML/ Flash css, what we need is the Flash like the template monster #11631 with exactly same color scheme. This is for an existing greeting card site (which I will give to the designer I choose), but I am looking for a new look and feel altogether. The layout is very simple fixed width, plain header, some horizontal nav, some copy, and a grid of thumbnails.

I will provide a wireframe, and will look to you to make it look really good The design is only to the PSD stage so there is no slicing to be done. My developer will do that.
