Our JV team is interested in having a program built to be released simultaneously with an eBook we have written. We want this to be a Windows-compatible application, and not a script or server-side app. Without getting into details, the eBook is a profitable Twitter method, that becomes more profitable when automated. As a bonus to our customers, we would like to make the necessary software available to them. This means we need to have our own proprietary Twitter software made.

What we are looking for is a program to do all of the following (and more, if you have any worthwhile suggestions):

Account creation / username and password storage capability
Multiple accounts / account rotation
Proxy support
Timed tweets / timed tweets across multiple accounts
“Spun Tweets” (tweets that use variables to change the text from one post to the next, eg: “a {nice|clear|dreary} day” would post three times as “a nice day”, “a clear day”, and “a dreary day” when used)
The ability to search for people by keyword and follow them
Auto-unfollow / timed unfollow
