I have html and psd and logo, just few simple changes needed

I need to replace a logo with three linking images on this website www.syberwebz.com/syberdemo2
At the top left you will see a “SimpleMachine Forums” logo. I need it replaced with three small images that will link to other sites. The images are already in the image folder.
This should be quite easy for those who know basic coding. I have tried it myself but it throws the site layout out of whack as I am just a designer and know very little html coding. Let me know if you can do this and I will explain more in detail.
The website is a SimpleMachine Forums website. Only one or two files needs to be altered so as I said, this should be quite easy to do.
This can all be done through FTP, no database access necessary.

I need this hand written image drawn digitally and colorized correctly and put into an .ai format. The borders need to be a little thicker than the pen.

I need someone to modify 11 images, but in each image, essentially, the same thing needs to be modified, an example image is attached, basically, you need to change the colours of the bows on the chairs, ill send the colours to the programmer chosen. Please post a mockup of the image with the bows changed to a chocolate brown colour, first programmer to do this successfully awarded projected. Remember to maintaint translucent effect of bows, look at image to see what i mean.

I’m in need of a programmer who can complete a simple image switch on click. Basically, it’s for a very basic product page. There will be a default product image with several small descriptive buttons below it. When the user clicks one of the descriptive buttons it should change the product photo above.

The project needs to be easily editable by the client (ie; the ability to easily change the descriptive buttons and product images). So no flash. Simple css/jquery/ajax is desired.

I would like the two images on page one to look like they are being viewed through the doorway of the image of page two.

The white space can be cropped if needed, the image needs to look as if its on the other side of the doorway, so shadows and depth would be nice.
