When you press “submit”, without reloading, it says “Submitted” and adds the email address to a txt file.

After 5 seconds, “submitted” should disappear, allowing you to enter a new email address.

I need a website that can generate simple forms. That is, the user enters the criteria and information for the form and the website will generate the form and send it to the user’s email address or website.

I would prefer it to be on Joomla CMS. You may use open source form generating scripts, but will have to explain the entire process to me after the completion of the project.
