I have a local event coming up where I need people to sign up to sit at a booth in 2-hour time slots. I will need an admin area where I can enter the event info, the dates and the times on each day that need to be filled. For example, I need to be able to go to the admin and select a day or multiple days (Example: Friday November 25, Saturday November 26, Sunday November 27), then select a time increment (1 hour, 2 hour, etc), then select a start time (10:00am) and end time (5:00pm). Note that the start times and end times may be different for different days so the system will need to give me the ability to customize start and end times for each day of the event. Then the system will auto generate a user interface page that someone can go to and sign up for that time slot. When they sign up for the time slot they will need to enter their name, email address and phone number. On the schedule itself, it will only show the name. There also needs to be functionality for multiple people to sign up for the same time slot.

On the page, we should also be able to print the schedule so as people sign up, a schedule can be printed with the most up to date information.

This application will need to be reused for other events in the future so all of the information (including the page title) needs to be modifiable through the admin.

I need a signup form for getresponse (www.getresponse.com) that I can put into a Joomla site and that will allow people to choose which of my getresponse campaigns they want to sign up to. I have 4 campaigns, but only want to use one form (the standard getresponse forms only allow you to attach one campaign to each form, meaning I’d need 4 different forms on my site!).

We need a custom email signup program that does 3 things instantly.

1) collects the email address and stores it in a database within our site.

2) instantly redirects the subscriber to a “Thank You” page which welcomes them to our newsletter.

3) sends the email address through directly to our email service provider.

We use 2 email service providers,
One has a signup box that redirects to a thank you page where we can keep tracking pixels to track our data from PPC campaigns. This firm requires double opt in which means we lose a large number of people that never click the link within the email to confirm

The other one only requires single opt in but when someone signs up they are not directed to a thank you page so we can not keep tracking pixels and lose all that data.

The best of both worlds would be to just modify the current email providers signup box so it would redirect to a thank you page.

Modifications needed:

1) Add sign-up form with username, password, password repeat, sub-domain (this is a new field)
2) Create new global site/users table that includes admin username, site id, sub-domain, create date, last login, project count, milestone count, user count, message count, task list count, task count, link count, file count, size of file directory (updated on each upload)
3) Upon successful signup, a duplicate set of database tables needs to be installed for each user (like wordpress multi-user)
3b) Upon successful signup, an email with username, and site URL (newsite.mysite.com) needs to be sent to user
4) The site DB logic needs to be altered so that upon logging in, users are using the correct set of DB tables for their site (key on site ID)
5) The site file storage logic needs to be altered to create sub-directories for each sign-up under the main file storage directory (so sites can’t overwrite each others files)
6) The platform allows user creation within each install. Created users will exist only in the DB tables for each account (current behavior). The login script needs to be modified to look for sub-domain so that users of each account ( subdomainname.projectsite.com ) login to the correct set of database tables. I will add a mod-rewrite rule to pass the sub-domain to the login page as a variable. (like wordpress multi-user)
7) Need an admin page that shows all global ‘sites’ with the data tables requested in # 2 above (sortable by each metric), paginated at 25 results
Need a delete site option on this admin page that deletes all tables associated with the site, as well as the file folder for that site

Here is the desired user signup flow after modifications are complete:

1) User visits mysite.com and uses signup form to create a new account.

2) Upon signup, a new set of db tables is created to support this user at the sub-domain they created at signup.

(DB tables could look like site1_tables )

3) User is sent an email to welcome them to the site and give them their username and url to their new site

4) User can then visit either mysite.com or subdomain.mysite.com and login to their account

5) As the user sets up their account, the DB tables created for them are used, and the newly created sub-folder for their uploaded files is used

Selected developer will have experience with PHP & MySql (Project Pier uses a view/model/controller model), and will need to install the software on their own development machine. All new code and modifications to the existing code need to be well documented for easy future reference.

We basically would like to link the logins of two different systems into one. We thought of simply combining the databases so that they would simply share the Username, Password and Email fields but when we tried that we noticed that the two systems encrypts the passwords differently.

So, the systems we would like to merge the logins and signups for are Vanilla Forums and http://www.clipsterscript.com.

Ideally, it would be nice to have just one signup form and one login form similar to the one shown here http://demo.clipsterscript.com/login.php?action=Register (with the Username Availability Check and the simple captcha code on the sign up). Please do not use google’s recaptcha on this system.

Then possibly reroute the signup and login links from both the Vanilla Forum and the Clipster Script to the new sign up and login form. Also, please keep in mind and address what happens if the person changes, or loses their password and updates their profile information.

Your code must be very clean and intuitive. It must also be unbranded and not link back to you, any server or anyone else in any way.

You will need to be able to work on your own server and show us the working example from your server.

We have both scripts and you will Only need to send us the Modified files Only and thorough instructions (if neded) once the project is complete. I can send them to you if you need to see them but Please Do Not Start the work until After I select your bid.
