This project is for a online shopping store that looks like in display but need not have all the functions: http://www.retailsdirect.com/index.aspx

Functions needed:

All basic shopping cart functions
Categories, subcategories, products
Products can have multiple pictures and enlarged view of pictures
Add to cart functions, checkout, discounts, shipping, tax calculation
Customer accounts with history of orders
Online credit card processing and other payment methods accepted like PayPal, Cheque, Demand Draft.

I want you to tell me how you plan to build it,
will you use some available carts,
if yes, which one.
How will the online credit card processing work according to your bid plan,
are you planning to use a third party for processing in India,
which one,
how is the easiest way to get credit card processing online in India, etc.
