Shopping Cart Fixing

3 problems.
The first just came up as this was working a few days ago. When adding an item to the shopping cart the size/color options do not get added properly
Also: after an item is added. If you try to remove it from the mini cart it does remove it but gives a template error
This same issue comes up when adding an item from the admin (admin directory, which is presently not htaccess protects so you can see it
