magento not possibel the host where need be installed doesnt support php5.

We are building a website selling services and clothes to single person customers and schools.
We are not going to use oscommerce, magento, etc because the backend system is going to be very customized (as well as the login and ordering system for customers).

Some examples of site features: A discount system with various percentages depending on what mix of clothes/services ad customer has bought.
Every school that is our customer has to have their own login system where they can follow up how many clothes are sold to customers in their school, see statistics, put up news. Kind of like their own schoolshop with address schoolname.ourshopsite.com.

We believe there is going to be extensive programming involved. Not only this but we have to have someone with a good mind for designing and making nice graphics.

Programming languages are (that we know of): Mysql, PHP, Ajax, Photoshop, and CSS.

We have started to make the site by copying a site (not in the same bussiness) so we have teleported down the graphics and layout.

We need someone to work with in parallel when we are writing the contents and sketching up the page as we go. We don’t have a final picture of how it’s going to be yet.
Se we’re looking a company thats flexible and can help us when we need it. We can of course put the homepage online so you can login for yourselves and update the changes we wish as we go by.

I really need a professional coder who can help me out to do some features in my shopping site which use interspire shopping cart.

Basically it should Have the track your order, shopping by category, need link the login and sign up in the top bar, the search and the category selector, the wholesale, drop shipping, and special products (they are on group of products, like free shipping or no, have it description in a document which i will provide in PMB). These are the principals.
