Get a Freelance Job

I have an virtuemart 1.5.14 and joomla 1.5.

I am using the zone shipping module for my project but need only one zone with free shipping (above a certain price.)

If anyone can help me to get these modules working together, send me your quotation.

I have an osc 2.2 RC2 installation, and would like to use zone shipping for all countries. This is installed and working properly.

I would like to be able to use the free shipping module on one zone only, but can not get these working together.

I have two carts, one for US customers, the other for Canadian customers. The site is discgotech.com. I have a problem with the shipping modules that are available currently. I need my shipping modules to pass along box dimensions and multiple box shipment information to get back accurate quotes from my shippers. For the US customers, the shippers I use is FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For the Canadian customers, I use FedEx, CanadaPost, and CanPar. I would appreciate advisement on which shippers support this kind of information and which do not as I have not gotten a straight answer from anyone. If they all support box dimensions and multiple box shipments, then I would like their respective modules to be modified to send out the information to the shippers so I can get accurate quotes. If only some of the shippers do, I would like their respective modules to be modified to support the passing of this information and I will drop the shipping modules that don’t. Please be knowledgeable in this area of Oscommerce. I have wound up with several programmers eager for the job in the past but they found out they could not do the job or they did not perform in a timely fashion. I need it done quickly and proficiently. No dawdlers or twiddling tinkerers…I need precise, fast execution.
