Right now, after the time sheets are filled out by employees on paper, someone is putting all of that data into an Excel sheet that handles some minor calculations. I’ve got an Excel workbook with functioning sheets that I would like to turn into a one page, password protected website.

I’ll secure the domain and hosting and supply a logo for a simple color scheme.

You will add the password protection function, create a simple log in page (similar to a Joomla Admin log in page), insert the Excel sheets so they function live on the net, and use the logo to create a very basic layout around the Excel sheets.

I should be able to go online, log into to the site, and use the sheets in real time from the internet.

This project should be done within a few days.

I have a Zen Cart store, and would like to delete the current store listings and start again, I need someone to create the CSV sheets and match to photos and upload all products, I have Easy Populate but sheets have to be formatted. The one site which I use says the following:

For those e-tailers who are familiar with Database Uploads, all critical information is included in one place and adding hundreds of products to your line / on-line store can be done in a matter of hours, not weeks. Even if you do not use the spreadsheets for data uploading to your site and prefer to copy and paste to create listings, It should now be much easier to do from the information on the spreadsheets than copying from the live site.

Photos of most products are now in .zip files which can also be downloaded for your convenience. The pictures have the same name as the PPE Item Code so matching photos to products is easier than ever.

This job could also possibly include doing a monthly maintenance on out of stock products and new items…for the right person…this we can discuss later through the project.

So I want to have a script that checks the browser type and uses the correct CSS style sheet.

I have already made the CSS so I am only interested in the “browser check code”. It must work with Cubecart!

It should check for IE, Mozilla, Opera, Safari & Chrome.

Iam looking for a excel rota (time sheet) to be made to allow us to enter staff hours, so that it added them up as it goes so we get the total number of hours worked for each staff person and then also the total hours for every one.

Also a few other bits like colors for shifts and it shows how many staff are in between a number of times in the day.

The host is no longer able to use this, so we need a different solution for emailing the submitted forms

We are trying to get a data base program( may be MS access?) made for running all aspects of our business in technology items buy and sell.
Basic functions are RFQs, QUOTES , ORDERS, RECEIVING and SHIPPING function (warehousing ) etc, both from customer and to Vendors. We do use variety of Spread sheets now to do this. We should be able to feed these sheets and program should be able to pull in data and store in respective locations for past data loading up.
inputs are such spreadsheets , vendor list, item list etc from QB, custom input forms (scanning is may be in future) , Outputs are reports, RFQs Orders, ship labels, Commercial Invoices , Bill of lading etc…..just name some. Few users (need not be simultaneously accessing) will have assignable by administrator, access to data and fields.(ex. shipping will not see quotes etc. Data need to exported to Quick book for initiate paying vendors and Invoicing customers once activity finished. Item Cells may have link to specification sheets and web links, scanned documents etc, notes. Safety error proofing at many places cautioning with pop ups and or restricting illegal entries will be there to add. It may be hard to explain all in advance but may be flexible enough to accommodate.

We need a high quality, double sided sale sheets to follow the pattern and graphic style of the attached files.
We need a professional work with patience to submit many changes until pleased with final job.

We have an excel sheets that we receive from our company on monthly basis.
We need some one who can get us output excel sheets(automatically generated) from the source excel sheet. There is a column X in source sheet, we want multiple excel sheets to be generated based on the values of Column X. I think VBA programming is required to do this job.

THe software needs to calculate which standard sheet needs be used so there is an optimised use of material.

Here the outcome is 1 sheet measuring 3050x1300mm.

Another example:

7 sheets 1000x1000mm. Here the outcome is 1 sheet of 3050x1300mm and 2 sheets of 2440x1220mm.

Another example:

4 sheets of 1000x1000mm and 4 sheets of 500x500mm. Here the outcome is 1 sheet of 4200x1600mm.

The issue is that the saw can cut from left to right and from top to bottom. It’s kinda complex.

Also a printing of the outcome along with a cutting scheme is required.

we have a Magento ecommerce site, we have about 40.000 product that we import from a .txt price list, now we would add to every product a details description using the data-sheets products from http://icecat.co.uk so, i think that this can be done using the manufactuer code present in both data-sheets and our price list, so we are looking for a php coder that can done this job, in additional we need also a cronjob that add data-sheets every night to new products.
