I’m looking to purchase a revenue sharing script identical to the script being used at ad-ventures4u.com

main parts of the script are as follows….

doesn’t ever show users the daily percentage or what they have earned each day

earnings are only viewable on cash out days — wednesday til midnight thursday

referral commissions are only viewable on thursday til midnight friday

earnings can only be requested on wednesday up until midnight server time the next day. If member does not request a cashout by midnight server time the next day (thursday)…..their earnings automatically rollover until the next pay run

referral commissions can only be requested on thursday until midnight server time on friday. If member does not request referral commission by midnight server time on friday, their referral commission are automatically added to their earnings

HOW VENTURES MATURE!!!!!! -
Ventures mature when you get paid on them, and
each venture pays you double. (200%) If your earnings are $100, then 50 of your
ventures matured. See examples below.

WHEN ROLLING OVER YOUR EARNINGS
Take your total ventures; add your earnings amount divided by 2;
this will give you your total ventures after you rollover.
This is a simple formula for the process explained below.

HOW ROLLOVER WORKS: As an example only, suppose we were paying 10% weekly.
You have 100 ventures; so your earnings that week will give you earnings of $10.
Five (5) of your ventures matured to give you that $10.
(Each venture that matures pays you double.) Your prior balance of 100 ventures
is now 95. Add your earnings of 10 to your 95 and you have 105 ventures.
100 – 5 = 95; then 95 + 10 = 105

CASHING OUT 50%
Again you have 100 ventures and we’re paying 10%. Your earnings for
the week are $10. 5 ventures matured to give you the $10; so your
100 ventures becomes 95,but you cash out 5 of the 10 and rollover
the other 5: 100 – 5 = 95; then 95 + 5 = 100.

Cashing out 50% of your earnings keeps your venture total the same.

CASHING OUT MORE THAN 50%:
If you cash out your total earnings then our Hit and Run clause applies:

HIT AND RUN CLAUSE:
If you request a cash out for more than 50% of your weekly earnings,
then your ventures will decrease by that amount. Using the example
from above of 100 ventures/earnings of $10: 100 – 10 = 90.

NOTE: This does not apply to the referral commissions. You can request
100% cashout of your referral commissions without penalty.

I need an small script that allows my users to upload audio to my server and then visitors can play or download them.

This is what I need in detail:

- User login / registration (users will login by sing my wordpress login form. we will validate the users by using the same users database of my wordpress blog, so you dont need to create tables for this. We just need to handle the same user session as my wordpress).
- Then, user have access to a form to upload the audio file. The fields are: name of song, artist, genre, and browse (to select the file from computer).

- Then the file is uploaded to the server and its info is stored in the database.
- In the website I need a simple search form so visitors can search the audio files: by name of song, artist, genre.
- Visitors can play the song and/or download it.

- Users that upload audio have their simple user page from where they see the files that they have uploaded. limit 3 audio files per user.

- I need a simple admin panel from where I see a list of the uploaded audio files so I can edit of delete them (and their info).
