I want my domains to automatically redirected to one page/domain when i register a new domain with my nameservers or change name servers to my name servers.

Let me give an example.
I have mydomain.com domain which has a site on it and works on my server. i configured it’s nameservers ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com

I registered otherdomain.com and changed it’s nameservers to ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com

I had a new site built with photo gallery and a admi panel.
The site works fine on the programmers server but when he tried to set it up on my hosting companys server the admin panel and the gallery will not work.
The programmer blames the hosting server and the hosting company say the programmer should know what the issue is and tell them what to change on the server.

I am setting up a site where users can purchase videos and am looking for the best way to protect them. I would like to store all of the videos outside of the public_html folder so they can’t be directly downloaded.

All videos are encoded in H264 MP4. I am not sure if its possible but I would like to have a php script check that the member logged in has purchased the video he is trying to watch before starting the stream.
