I have an android app and I am trying to send an image with parameters to a php server.
The php server receives the data via post like this :

It is like using an html form to send the data like the attached file.

The android uses httpurlconnection and dos.writebytes to do the operations.

Due to difficulty with responses from a programmer on a current project, I am re-posting this project as an urgent requirement.

I need a program written which will have the same functionality as the program available at:

www.iwall.com.ar (note the .ar suffix)

Please note that this program is EXACTLY what I need, but has two shortcomings:
- it only allows SMS messages to be received by a connected mobile phone or GSM modem.
- it does not allow bulk sending of SMS messages.

I need to have SMS messages received via an http script (which you will provide) to receive inbound SMS messages from a virtual mobile number through a UK SMS gateway (www.FastSMS.co.uk).

I also need to add the facility to allow bulk sending of SMS messages to an imported list of numbers.
