Need a simple script that works with paypal. Our Art Gallery website showcases new artists and we need a script on our website where people can go and donate/send money to the artists (after their gallery showings) they liked. The script will go on a simple page where people can insert the following in order to donate/Send Money in three fields.

Requirement #1: (The 3 fields required:)
field #1 – paypal email address of the artist (recipient of the money)
field #2 – the email address of the person sending money (sender)
field #3 – the amount of money the artist (the person in field #1) is being given (sent by the person in field #2)

Requirement #2 : a submit button whereupon the sender is taken to paypal to send money to the artist ($500 limit)

Requirement #3: there is a flat .10 cent fee that must be added for the gallery that the sender has to pay on EVERY transaction (sending of money).

Simple job really: Know Twitter API, mySQL and php.

I need to create a system that listens for incoming tweets to a specific twitter user. The system then adds the tweet message, tweet sender and date/time to a MySQL-database. (some sort of filtering on words would be nice, not neccessary)

The tweet will then be posted to a website, have more parts of information applied to it by the push of a button (writes back to that tweet instance in the database).

After 24 hours, the tweet will be answered back to the original tweet sender with the addition of the new information.

Example scenario:
1. Tweet goes into database: “Do you like this?”
2. Tweet goes to web: “Do you like this? Yes/No?”
3. Several yes/no is registered on a website.
4. Tweet goes back to original sender after 24 hours: Do you like this? 51 yes /2 no.
