The website will be used for proxy selling.

general summary of the mechanism:

login page, the user would login to his account, he would be able to charge his account using e-currency: webmoney, liberty-reserve… once he is on, he can surf the proxy, select a proxy, buy it and it will be deleted from the website and the amount would be deducted from his account. (that’s the mechanism basically).

Admin page:
should include a pannel to approve accounts, Add proxy, Remove proxy. change the price. add new item to sell such as socks, VPN… that would work on the same basis of the mechanism stated above.

I need a website for selling and promoting electronic products. I need someone who can design the layout of the website from scratch and build an online ecommerce store which should be linked with paypal for payment processing.

Right now I need to promote one particular product so the entire design will be focused onto that single product and also it will make anyone designing the website a lot simpler task. We will be showcasing a lot of pictures for that single product. I would prefer flash as the best option for a beautiful design, but if you feel there can be something better out there please let me know.

Most important thing I need is to make sure that whoever enters the website buys the product from us example to do that will be we will list the product price as $50, but after the customer enters the website we need to give him a popup up saying that we are selling the product as half the price at a promotional rate and when the customer clicks the popup the price on the website must change to the discounted price.

Most important thing you would do in this is the layout pattern to showcase a number of images of the single product using java script or something.

We can use a lot of free ecommerce softwares available out there.

I feel anyone who is an expert in graphic design and integration of the ecommerce into the design can be done in 1-2 days.
