I have a site that was built using Yahoo Ecommerce (RTML) that needs some adjustments. Here are the following adjustments that need to happen:

If turned on in admin area. All sellers will have to automatically make there selling fee payments either on the 1st or 15th. I do not want to use this feature until the site builds up.

ACCOUNT MODE FEATURES:-

* Users can build up a account which is paid off once a month. The admin user can set the credit limit any user can go to. Once the credit limit is reached the users account is blocked until they make payment. The admin user can also send any invoice requesting payment. You can also give any user free credit or debit their account. This allows sellers to lists items without having to pay each time. Overall it works like eBay.

PAY AS YOU GO FEATURES:-

* Users pay fees on demand. For example when listing an auction the seller must pay their fees before the item is listed. If you enable Pay As You Go the system will forward the seller to the relevant payment page and prompt them to pay the listing fees. Need to add sponsored links and banner adds to certain pages.

I’m posting for a friend of mine who needs a online store built to go along with his site and some special features. The store is an online mall. (Multiple sellers) The sellers are members of our group. This wont be like amazon or ebay. To the user its just a store but a order needs to be split between the different sellers based on the items ordered. The sellers will be able to post items in sections made by the administrators. Including pictures. I want them to be able to have two price slots. (one for a retail price and one for the actual price.) Also automatic discounts based on other items purchased or time/date. sellers should be able to make cupons for thier products. Admin will be able to provide site wide discounts. At the same time sellers are also affiliates. They need to have links and codes available. As well as banner code with the sellers link. (banners provided by admin.) The hardest part is spliting the payment up. Each item has a precentige taken for the admin and the affiliate (if applicable) Sellers should see how much goes to the admin and affiliates when they edit the item.
