Get a Freelance Job

Hello everyone,
i am posting this project on behalf of Alert Security (my company) and we are looking to redesign our website which is www.alertsecurityuk.com, we are looking to make something like http://www.securitas.com/uk/en-gb/ OR http://www.vsg.co.uk/index.php OR make something you think is gonna stand out in 2300 security websites in UK. (i know its an easy one for you and i also know you are professionals)

It should contain date/Time, Calander, a login area for our clients and employees (clients should be able to see the invoices if its been paid or what and employees should be able to see their rotas, wages, this month hours and any new or announcment specialy for each employee).

We are willing to pay good money to a good job, company or a designer/developer whom will be the winner of this project, he/she/they would need to provide their technical support in the future after completion and submission as YOU will be acting as our IT Team/Person.

We are willing to pay some deposit on receiving a design and after selecting it as you all know why. (we need to see your ability to do the job obviously).

We want to get our new website done in days NOT WEEKS as you can consider its urgent.
