My site’s home page at www.woodworkingmagazineindex.com is a graphic. It needs to be searchable by web bots, so I need the home page to look the same but be text-based, not a graphic. I will also need to be able to edit the text.

I need to have a “benefit year” field added to my implementation of OSTicket (v.1.6ST). I also need newly-added field “case_number” to be searchable (show in search results)…

They can pay for a one-time 24 hour use, pay a monthly automatic recurring fee, or pay one full year in advance to access the database.

There will be a Table of Users with their payment info, and then the
Main searchable database of the info I am providing.

The Search Input Form should have two different fields to search from,
and return about 5 fields in a table I guess.

The returned data will have links to individual pages with more
detailed info about that record.

VERY IMPORTANT – the database must easily be searchable and viewable
on any (or most) types of cell phone.

Starting off with only a couple hundred records. I don’t anticipate a huge amount of records over time but who knows. I’m not sure if any of that matters but I am concerned about
using the best database technology for what I am trying to do without
having to have to switch to a different technology later on because of
size or speed problems or getting hacked into. Security needs to be top notch. Can’t have hackers accessing the data.

Not sure about how much administration would be required after the
site is launched, if I could handle that, or if not, how much that
would cost as well. I want to be able to monitor and add any new user-submitted records myself. There will be photos on the details pages. If a new record is accepted, the user gets one month credit for free website use or if not a member, they will get paid somehow.

Please submit your proposal explaining which database technology you
would use and why and any links of your work that you can provide.

I some data on CDs that I need put into an easy searchable format. I am attaching a sample of the data. The data appears to be in a preformatted text file. The database is made up of names. I want to be able to search by name and have the results display all entries for that specific name. A very easy project. It can be a web based search or a desktop app. It also needs to be built where it can be easily updated each time we get a data update. Please see the sample. I want this project completed asap.

I need a script that will allow me to enter “codes” into a searchable database.

When the user enters a code that is in the database it will print:

VALID : < WEB LINK HERE “code as hyperlink”>

When the user enters a code that isn’t in the database it will print:

INVALID : < E-MAIL LINK HERE>

I would also like a simple admin area for entering, editing, and deleting the codes and links.

I would like to build a searchable web page for a vehicle insurance quote system based on Excel Table data. The tables have rows of insured amounts, and columns of model years. The customer would select the amount of coverage desired and the model year of the vehicle to get the result.

There are three sheets of similar data, depending on the amount of deductible they wish to pay. I would like for the customer to see all three results at the same time.

The page must be access database / XML / PHP or other solution for easy “portability” between sites. Can’t be SQL.

The “front page” should be HTML / easily formatted to match the destination sites.

The objective of this project is to create a simple and easy to use iPhone application that allows users to search a single database of photos according to catagory and browse, view, rate, and download those photos.

PROJECT SCOPE

1. Develop simple PHP photo uploader and database manager for administrator.
a. username and encrypted password protected.
b. operates using an SSL connection .
c. navigation menu that displays upload, browse, and reports
d. ability to batch upload photos with automatic thumbnails using GD2 or Image Magic.
e. ability to attribute Date (date of upload), Title, Category, Description, Keywords, Ratings, and Hits to each photo.
f. ability to browse photos in table displaying all attribute values, select a photo to edit all photo attributes, and delete photos.
g. ability to sort results by photo attribute ascending and descending when browsing photos.
h. photos are displayed as thumbnails when browsing photos.
i. photos are displayed as full size when editing attributes.
j. simple reporting feature that displays photos by hits and rating and allows administrator to select a variable date range to filter results.
k. configuration file that admin can access via FTP and use to change admin password, database attributes, and any other configuration information.

2. Develop a simple, downloadable iPhone App in Objective C that allows user to browse, view, rate, and download photos from our database.

a. Main Page
1. Display branding image along the top.
2. Browse photos by category (list of categories)
3. Search Photos (search box – performs fulltext searches on title, description, and keyword attributes for each photo)

b. Browse Page
1. Displays results in list format with thumbnail on the left and category, title, rating, and date on the right.
2. Ability to sort photo results by category, title, rating or date.
3. Ability to select photo for larger viewing.

c. Detail View Page
1. Displays fullsize image that spans entire screen except toolbar.
2. Flicking the photo moves to the previous or next photo in the results previously viewed on the browse page.
3. Tool bar along bottom that displays “Back”, “Download”, and “Rate” buttons.

– “Back” brings you back to the browse page.
– “Download” downloads to your phone.
– “Rate” allows you to add a 1-5 star rating.

I need a website that I can post an article and video on every day and have a featured advertisement section in the top.

Other people will be able to make their own profiles and submit their articles and videos.

Overall on the main page, the site needs to have a searchable function which starts from the general and narrows down the users search to the specific by searching through all the available content from all profiles.

There is a bulletin board. There is an open forum.

The site has search functions so people can narrow down their search and find exactly what they’re looking for. I have about 10 searchable categories.

This website is a cross between 3 different websites in functionality and I will share more detail in a PM.

I would need a programmer to set up the functionality of the site.

1. upload PDF files to server (this is the simple part)
2. categorize the file with different level of access permission
