I need a stock screener like the msn money screener.

I would like it done as a software that i install on my desktop and when i connect to the internet it will load all info that i ask it.There is a lot of criteria to select from in the system but i will only be able to use the criteria that you can access from the financial websites for free like yahoo finance and others.If it can be done in excel this could be ok too.
