A html5 scratch game on smartphones with a QR reader.

The user scans a QR code which refers to a webpage. The webpage is a canvas which you need to scratch to reveal the hidden question. The question has 3 options as an answer. If the user guesses the right answer, he will see a small video. If the user guesses the wrong answer, he will get a message like ‘try again later’.

The webapp has to be cross platform and work on al major mobile browsers. The code has to be done in php5 and jquery (mysql database possible if needed). No flash!!

This is a complex project. Only joomla experts and genius should bid on this project. I have a joomla site which is not working with different versions of component clashing.
You need to redesign it from scratch. You will need to create layout, template, modules. And the most important part, you need to create some custom components into it.
I need the work really fast. And I don’t have huge budget for this project. You should have atleast 4 reviews in SL. And I will pay you through SL only.

I am looking for somebody who can create an online scratch card (example attached) – you know the type.

This one should be scratchable online using the mouse, but look the same as if it was done with a coin in real life.

The script must be cross browser compatible. Artwork will be provided.

When the scratch panel is scratched it must reveal something like:

$10 $25 $25
$5 $10 $50
$50 $50 $5

This means, the user wins $50 (there are 3 matches above). The above values will be passed to your script in a way that stops fraud (please advise your ideas).

Once the card has been scratched and the user hits the “Click to continue” button the script will then pass the winning code on to a php script (we will create this).
